New record in the works
“It’s about time”, I keep hearing…..well, after a long hiatus, I am beginning to lay down the ideas that will be a solo record to be released very soon. I have several cross-tuned mandolin pieces (Ben’s Arrival, which I played at the 2009 Roots Festival with Patty Hall) and some other originals in the vein of Tonopah Station. It’s a challenge finding the time to actually record, but I’m laying the groundwork now at my home studio and hope to have it wrapped up before Ben enters college….stay tuned.
